Dilara, "TheJoker"
Curious about life and what it has stored for us. A love for discovering new talents and skills within and never losing sight of the vision that makes you drive and move forward.
Dilara is born and raised in Istanbul and is the sister of Ugur. Dilara's textile story started right after high school when she got into the family business, a textile production company. She loves to move around in an organization to fill different roles and learn new things.
That mind-set makes her our joker; she fills the needed roles to get closer to our vision.
Ugur, "The Production Brain"
Love for textile production. There is no impossible, just new ideas and approaches to bring our vision to reality.
"No problem" were Ugur's first English words. Ugur started out with the Noy Tekstil idea to be independent and free but soon came to the conclusion, there is more about it than just that. When Onur, Ugur and Tine started building their Noy Tekstil vision, Ugur's production brain started flowing with endless ideas to reinvent this industry. So, here we are. Hadi, let's bring it on!
Gülten, "The Modeling Master"
Giving back and sharing fills hearts and souls. Transforming the own story into a purpose that is bigger than yourself.
Gülten's home is the textile industry. With her 30+ years experiences in modelling and textile production, Gülten brings a lot of expertise and wisdom to Noy Tekstil.
Even more important, her purpose to share all that with the next generations.
This is Gülten's way to give back to society and show the love for our society and industry.
Onur, "The Creator"
My home is your home. We always make impact; it is our choice if it is positive or negative. There is always an opportunity for creating positive impact; in any situation of the day in any context and country. You just need to start doing it.
Onur has been involved in the family business since years, which is a textile dye house in Istanbul. He decided to start employing less fortunate people to help them build a future for their families.
Onur sees the world through "let's do it" and "sure, this can be done" glasses, which lets all limits disappear. This mindset contributes to getting closer to our vision.
Tine, "The Storyteller"
Breaking down boundaries to connect the world. There is always a connection. Listening to our individual stories and learning from each other is embracing our own. Seeing the world through stories.
Tine is born and raised in Germany and lives in Amsterdam. Onur and Tine met during their studies and kept questioning traditional business approaches and mindsets.
They founded EMMA and faced limits in the production process, which was not aligned with their values, so their desire for an own production company grew and Istanbul became a 2nd home for Tine.
